BEEF LIVER TAJINE




500g of Beef  Liver
6 garlic cloves
2 tablespoon parsely and coriander
1/2 cup table oil
1/2 cup olive oil
1/2 Pickled lemon
1/2 fresh lemon
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp paprika
salt

How to prepare 

Wash the liver is and place in boiling water for 3 minutes, then purify from the skin and veins, then cut into small cubes.

Prepare sharmula (kind of sauce):
Cut the pickled lemon  to small pieces, add the coriander, parsley, spices, crushed garlic, olive oil and half a lemon juice

Mix the sharmula well and rest the liver for 1 hour

After an hour has passed, add 1/2 cup of water, and leave the mixture on low heat for 20 to 30 minutes, until tender and dry from the water.

To serve the tajine add sliced ​​pickled lemon with red or green olives
